Front pricing

Front pricing explained

A shared inbox that turns email, SMS, chat and social messages into threads a team can work on together. Before you sign up, it helps to know exactly what you are paying for and what makes the bill grow. Prices change often, so we explain how Front charges and link to their current pricing page rather than printing numbers that go out of date.

How Front charges

Priced per seat per month across three tiers. The entry tier covers one channel type, and AI such as the Autopilot agent and Copilot is charged as an add-on (Copilot is included on the top tier).

See the current numbers on the Front pricing page.

What makes the bill grow

  • The number of seats. Every teammate who answers customers needs a paid seat, and the lower tiers have a maximum number of seats.
  • The tier your channels need. The entry tier covers a single channel type (email, Front Chat or SMS), so answering Facebook and Instagram messages in Front means a higher tier for every seat.
  • AI add-ons. The Autopilot AI agent is charged for each conversation it handles, and Copilot is charged per seat unless you are on the top tier.
  • Monthly versus annual billing. The headline price assumes paying for a year up front; paying month to month costs more.
  • Extras such as native WhatsApp (Meta's message costs plus an admin fee) and paid onboarding packages, which Front requires on larger contracts.

Questions to ask before you sign up

  • How many people will answer customers, and does each one need a paid seat?
  • What happens in your busiest month, like a sale or a post that takes off? Is there a cap, or do you pay for every extra conversation?
  • Is AI included, or is every AI answer charged on top?
  • Is the price you see monthly, or only if you pay for a year up front?
  • Which features you need sit on a higher plan than the one advertised?

How Paperflower is different

Comments are a sales channel, not a chore

Most tools treat comments as noise. Paperflower reads every one, spots buying questions like “do you ship to NZ?” and makes sure they get answered before the customer moves on.

Buying Intent and Opportunity Score

Every conversation gets a score so the people ready to buy come first. You see who to reply to now, and who can wait.

Shopify context in every draft

Order status, shipping and product details are pulled in automatically, so drafts are right the first time and private order details never go out in public.

You stay in control

AI drafts are on and auto-send is off by default. Complaints are escalated to you. Refunds and cancellations always need a human.

Simple pricing

Paperflower starts free with 100 customer interactions a month, no card needed: every message in one list, and you write the replies. AI sorting, reply drafts and spam hiding come with Standard, which is A$47 a month for 3,000 customer interactions, with a 7-day free trial. Human replies are always free. See all plans.
