How to export your data from Gorgias

Step by step: exporting from Gorgias
- Log in to Gorgias as an admin.
- Open the ticket view you want to keep (for example All tickets or a saved view).
- Use the export option on that view to download the tickets as a CSV file.
- For customers, open the Customers page and use its export option the same way.
- For everything else, including messages and macros, use the Gorgias REST API with an API key from Settings.
